Payment Terms

All payments for our programs and services are final. Payments — whether made as a one-time payment in full or as installments under a payment plan — are non-refundable, without exception. By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.

If you select a payment plan, you are committing to the full remaining balance regardless of your participation level, progress, or continuation in the program.

Nature of Services

Our programs and services are health and wellness coaching in nature. They are educational and coaching-based, and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing provided through our services should be interpreted as a substitute for the care, guidance, or prescribing decisions of your physician or other licensed healthcare provider. You should continue regular care with your prescribing provider throughout your participation.

No Guarantee of Results

Individual results vary based on numerous factors including adherence, medical history, and individual physiology. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes, weight loss, muscle retention, or other results.
